Ticket Transfers

When our 2020 event was unexpectedly cancelled, we were left confused and holding our sparkles in both hands at the airport wondering what on earth to do and we know a lot of you were too. We offered refunds or transfers to our next event to all of our ticket holders and appreciate so much the folks who chose to transfer their tickets to our next event! You all helped us

Now that we know when our next event is, we are working on the next steps to get everybody ticketed again!  We are working to contact all of our transfer holders with registration codes for our 2022 event. Our first email with registration codes has been sent to the same email address as your Eventbee purchase receipt on 9/24/21 at 10 am EST and you can use those codes in the discount code box at this link right here.

We understand that not everyone will be able to make our new location and date! If you are in that situation, we are able to offer you a refund OR the option to transfer your ticket to another person of your choice OR to our 2023 event if you like to fill your calendar with long-term plans like we do. If you’d like to transfer your ticket to another person, we request that you do that by March 1st so that we have time to update our records.

If you would like to transfer a ticket you have purchased for someone else, you must have their permission to make that transfer. If you would like to transfer a ticket purchased for you by some else, we need the permission of that person as well to make that transfer.

If you have any questions or encounter any difficulties, please let us know at registration@tetheredtogether.net. It helps us verify you if you use the email address associated with your initial event ticket purchase.  Please email us no later than March 1st, 2022 with any ticketing requests. 

If you plan to transfer your ticket to another person, please include in your email the scene name of the person the ticket will be going to as well as a contact email address we can use to reach out to get their: legal  name as shown on their legal photo ID, pronouns and badge information. As a reminder, all requests need to be submitted by March 1st, 2021 and confirmed by us in order to valid at our event.
