Our Event Hotel

Tethered Together Event runs all activities at the Doubletree by Hilton Stamford in Stamford, Connecticut. The Doubletree by Hilton Stamford Hotel features 60,000 square feet of dedicated event space just for us and is just a 5 minute walk from the Stamford Train Station which connects to the NYC train system. The nearest airport is White Plains (HPN) Airport which is 8.8 miles away. Other nearby airports include New York La Guardia (LGA) (26.1 miles), Islip (ISP) (29.5 miles), New York JFK (JFK) (31.2 miles) and Newark (EWR) (42 miles) so you’ve got travel choices!

Our convention utilizes 60,000 feet of event space on our own dedicated event floor. There is a restaurant on site and plentiful local dining options in addition to grab-and-go food located within our event spaces just for us.

Room Booking Information

Rooms are available for ticketed attendees only. Please see your registration receipt for room booking details and our online booking link! We will cancel rooms for any legal names we do not recognize as ticketed attendees.

Important Notes!

Booking within our block is both the only way to get the lowest rate for the weekend, the only way to land yourself on the kinky floors of our hotel and also the only way to get our negotiated parking rate (12 dollars for a day only pass, 15 dollars for overnight). If you don’t book with us even if you’re paying about the same rate generally, your parking will be very, very expensive. You will also be staying in a room located through a separate elevator on general guest floors and you’ll make it harder for us to look like an attractive and easy group for our hotel to host. Each year we have to talk to some folks about this issue. Please do not let it be you. Booking with us is also a swell way to support our event, help us keep ticket prices affordable and ensure that we have a welcoming home for many years to come.

Important Room Booking Notes:

  • Rooms are available starting Thursday the 26th ending Monday the 2nd of March.
  • If you accidentally booked your room outside of our block through the Hilton site (meaning you paid more than $164 per night plus taxes and fees), you will need to cancel that reservation on your own and book within our room block if you would like to be able roomed with our group and paying our discounted parking fee.

The Fine Print: Room bookings will be subject to a three-night Friday/Saturday/Sunday minimum stay and a credit card will be required at the time of reservation to secure a deposit. Full refunds are available for rooms cancelled more than thirty days prior to the event through the hotel system or a one night fee will apply. Your hotel room booking receipt contains the contact information for making room changes and cancellations as you will be making those through the hotel directly.
