The Tethered Together Event runs all activities at the Hilton Stamford Hotel & Executive Meeting Center in Stamford, Connecticut. The Hilton Stamford Hotel features 60,000 square feet of dedicated event space just for us and is just a 5 minute walk from the Stamford Train Station which connects to the NYC train system. The nearest airport is White Plains (HPN) Airport which is 8.8 miles away. Other nearby airports include New York La Guardia (LGA) (26.1 miles), Islip (ISP) (29.5 miles), New York JFK (JFK) (31.2 miles) and Newark (EWR) (42 miles) so you’ve got travel choices!
Our convention utilizes 60,000 feet of event space on our own dedicated event floor. There is a restaurant on site and plentiful local dining options in addition to grab-and-go food located within our event spaces just for us.
Booking within our block is both the only way to get the lowest rate for the weekend, the only way to land yourself on the kinky floors of our hotel and also the only way to get our negotiated parking rate. If you don’t book with us even if you’re paying about the same rate generally, your parking will be very, very expensive and you’ll make it harder for us to look like an attractive and easy group for the hotel to host. But not only that, booking with us is also a swell way to support our event, help us keep ticket prices affordable and ensure that we have a welcoming home for many years to come.
Bookings for our event may be made one of two ways for reservations between Wednesday, February 28th and Tuesday, March 5th with a three night minimum:
- Rooms will first be made available to ticketed attendees in their ticket receipts starting September 22nd. If rooms are still available in November, we will reduce the room night minimum to two nights. PLEASE NOTE: Rooms for Thursday night sell out quickly and the hotel replenishes them often.
