The Tethered Together Event runs all activities at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Providence-Warwick in Providence, Rhode Island. The Crowne Plaza Hotel has been FULLY renovated since we last visited, and boasts beautiful guestrooms (with refrigerators), a coffee shop right in the lobby, and guest rooms outfitted with 2 Queen beds in the double occupancy rooms instead of two full beds. The king rooms still have king-sized beds, but are new!
Our hotel hosts kink and alternative groups regularly, and if you haven’t been yet, we think you’ll love it as much as we do. There are three restaurants on site, they’re keeping the pool open for us till midnight each night and it’s only two miles from T.F. Green Airport and one hour by car from Boston Logan International Airport. For folks driving in, parking is free and ample!

Rooms in our block are available several days before and after our event. For your stay with us, you may arrive as early as Tuesday, March 10th and depart as late as Wednesday, March 18th!
Bookings may be made one of three ways:
By emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and identifying as a member of the “Tethered Together” group. Emails will be answered and reservations started with this method starting Tuesday, September 3rd!
Online by visiting http://www.CrowneHotelWarwick.com using the group code “TTT” in the box. Please note – you’ll have to select dates before the group code will work! Anytime between 3/10/2020 and 3/18/2020 is available.
By phone at (401) 732-6000 and identifying as a member of the “Tethered Together” group.
If you have a problem booking your room or are told the hotel is sold out:NO – we are not sold out until we tell you here that we are. Please email or CC into your communications with the hotel Ozma at email@example.com and we’ll get it sorted out! Particularly if you’re booking those wing date rooms or it’s a weekend and there’s a staff change, hotel computer systems are kind of notorious for biffing it. It’s not you, it’s not the desk folks, it’s the tech!
If you notice that we’re saying “double queen” rooms and the booking link has “double double” rooms, this is because those new beds aren’t technically in the building yet. Your booking confirmations will specify the correct bed number and type!
The Fine Print: Roombookings will be subject to a two-night Friday/Saturday minimum stay and a credit card will be required at the time of reservation. This card will then be charged for the full room stay 30 days before the event. Any card billing changes will need to be made before 30 days prior to the event. All cancellations need to be made before 30 days prior to the scheduled start of your stay or the full balance of charges will apply. For any rooms booked after 30 days prior to the event, the policy is that they are non-refundable. This policy is the large group policy set by our hotel and not one designed by our event.
