Friday

7 pm – 2 am Grove Dungeon Open
9 ish – 2 am Ballroom Dungeon Open (after the dungeon is flipped from the opening reception)
Saturday
9:30 am – 7:45 pm Workshops & Socials
7 pm – 2 am Grove Dungeon Open
8:00 pm – 9:30 pm Saturday Night Show (doors at 7:45, get there early!)
10:00 pm – 2 am Ballroom Dungeon Open
Sunday
8:30 am – 12:45 pm Workshops
1:30 pm – 2:45 pm Closing Ceremony – grab a raffle ticket when you arrive!
3 pm – 7 pm Ropenspace (Click for information! The first part is important, so don’t be late!)
7 pm – 8 pm Break
8 pm -Midnight After Party/ Dungeon Open
Midnight – until finished Dismantling the dungeon – feel free to stay and lend a hand!
Monday
Check-out of the hotel & please thank and tip the hotel staff 🙂
During the Weekend – Ongoing
Registration
Friday (12 noon – 8 pm), Saturday ( 8 am – 8 pm), Sunday (8:30 am – noon) – after hours registration is available from 8pm – midnight. Please make every attempt to arrive during standard registration hours.
Vending
Friday (2 pm – 8 pm), Saturday (8:30 am – 7 pm), Sunday (8:30 am – 4 pm)
Serenity Space
Friday (2 pm – Dungeon Close), Saturday ( 9:30 am – Dungeon Close), Sunday ( 9:30 – Dungeon Close)
Dungeon
Spaces open between 8pm and 10pm depending on the night. All spaces close at 2 am on Friday and Saturday nights and at 12 am on Sunday night.
Rope Lounge
Hours are TBD. An informal space for floor work practice and labbing. This is a practice space, not a playspace.
Peer Support/First Aid
Any time the conference is in session, find a staff member or volunteer and ask for them to radio for peer support/ first aid. After hours (2 am – 8:30 am) go to the hotel lobby and ask for someone at the front desk to ring the room of the peer support person on call. In an emergency, please always call 911.
Help Desk
Near the escalator on the mezzanine level and open during conference hours.
Meal Times
TBD when a meal plan is announced (generally after the new year)
