About Our Hotel

The Tethered Together Event runs at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Providence-Warwick in Providence, Rhode Island.

Our hotel hosts kink and alternative groups regularly, and if you haven’t been yet, we think you’ll love it as much as we do. There are two restaurants on site, they’re keeping the pool open for us till midnight each night and it’s only two miles from T.F. Green Airport and one hour by car from Boston Logan International Airport.  For folks driving in, parking is free and ample!

Rooms at our room rate of $145 per night (for any room type, any legal occupancy) will be available during the event weekend itself and then also  three days pre- and post-event, subject to availability at the time of booking. A person can check in with our group as early as the 12th of March and check out the morning of the 20th if they want to!

How To Book Your Room

Bookings may be made one of three ways:

  • By emailing and identifying as a member of the “Tethered Together” group
  • Online through using the group code “TTT”
  • By phone at (401) 732-6000 ask for in-house reservations and identifying as a member of the “Tethered Together” group. If you are told that the hotel rooms are sold out, or if you run into issues, please contact Jill Cosgrove at 401-681-4759, or reach out to Ozma.
If you have a problem booking your room or are told the hotel is sold out: NO – we are not sold out until we tell you here that we are. Please email or CC into your communications with the hotel Ozma at and we’ll get it sorted out ! Particularly if you’re booking those wing date rooms or it’s a weekend and there’s a staff change, hotel computer systems are kind of notorious for biffing it. It’s not you, it’s not the desk folks, it’s the tech!
The Fine Print: Room bookings will be subject to a two-night Friday/Saturday minimum stay and a credit card will be required at the time of reservation. This card will then be charged for the full room stay 30 days before the event. Any card billing changes will need to be made before 30 days prior to the event. All cancellations need to be made before 30 days prior to the scheduled start of your stay or the full balance of charges will apply. For any rooms booked after 30 days prior to the event, the policy is that they are non-refundable. This policy is the large group policy set by our hotel and not one designed by our event.
